Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total booked service(s). Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged the applicable cancellation fee and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment time to another client. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Your remaining total must be paid in cash. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience. A $5 late fee will apply after 10 minutes. If you’re 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. For the best results and to keep your design looking perfect, kindly avoid touching items and try to limit movement during this portion of your service. To ensure a relaxing environment for everyone, I kindly ask that no children accompany you to your appointment.
